If you connected your Instagram account to the OS

Remove Ophanim AI from your Instagram account:

• In the Instagram app, open Settings and activity, then Apps and websites.
• Find Ophanim AI under Active, tap Remove, and ask for your data to be deleted when Instagram offers it.

Instagram tells us at once. We stop using the account, delete its access token, and delete the account’s data, its campaigns, and the record of the comments and messages it handled. Instagram shows you a confirmation code you can check on this page.

You can also disconnect the account inside the OS at any time, which stops all sending straight away.

If you commented on or wrote to an account that uses the OS

Write to us by post to Josef Volpin, Ophanim AI, Via C. Beccaria 14, 35125 Padua (PD), Italy, with your Instagram username and the account you wrote to. We delete your username, your id, your comments and messages, any email you gave in the conversation and the record of links you opened, within 30 days, and confirm it to you. You can also ask the business you wrote to, which controls that data.

What is kept

Accounting records we must keep by law. If you became a client’s lead, the client keeps its own sales record of you without your Instagram details; ask the client if you want that removed too. See the privacy policy for more.
